Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise which may require you to cancel your scheduled service. In order to best accommodate our clients and our staff, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service.
- Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 35% fee of the service scheduled.
- The cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file or must be paid prior to rescheduling another appointment.
